Working principle:

Large dewatering screen adopts double electric self - synchronization technology, universal eccentric block, adjustable amplitude vibrator. It is mainly composed of screen box, vibrator, supporting system and motor. Through the belt shaft respectively drive two unrelated vibrator for synchronous reverse operation, two groups of eccentric mass produced centrifugal force along the direction of vibration component superposition, reverse centrifugal offset, thus forming a single vibration along the direction of vibration, the screen box artificial reciprocating linear motion.
