1. Install supporting or hanging device. When installing, it is necessary to level the foundation, and then install each part in sequence according to the component drawing of the supporting or hanging device and the installation drawing of the sieve. Before loading the spring, it should be selected according to the actual stiffness value marked on the end face.

2. Connect the screen box to the supporting or hanging device. After installation, it should be adjusted according to the prescribed inclination Angle. For hanging screens, the Angle of the screen box and the level of the main shaft of the screen box should be adjusted at the same time. Generally, horizontal levelness is adjusted first to eliminate the skew of the screen box. After level correction, adjust the vertical Angle of the screen box. The force of the vibration isolation spring should be uniform, and its force can be judged by measuring the compression of the spring. In general, the compression of the two groups of springs at the feeding end should be the same, so should the two groups of springs at the discharging end. The discharge end and the feeding end of the spring compression can be different.

3. Install the motor and triangle tape. When installing, the foundation of the motor should be levelled, the level of the motor needs to be corrected, the center line of the corresponding groove of the two belt wheels should coincide, and the tension of the triangle belt should be appropriate.

4. Install and fix the screen surface as required.

5, check the screen connected parts such as the screen plate, shaker, etc., the screen should be uniformly tensioned to prevent local vibration. Check the lubrication of the transmission part, whether the wiring of the motor and the control box is correct, and rotate the transmission part by hand to check whether the operation is normal.

6, check the sieve feed, discharge chute and sieve funnel in the work when there is no collision phenomenon.
